Customer Services Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality and efficient excellent customer service to drive customer loyalty
  • Analysis the data for reporting, Assist daily operations needs and Customer Service planning
  • Mobilize resources and roster in keeping smooth daily customer service activity
  • Handle Brands request or Customer Service needs; Handle or follow up specific customer needs or complaints
  • Train and motivate the team to ensure good relations within internal and external customer or work partners
  • Prepare presenation, policy and procedure; assist in project development and documentation for Customer Service department

Requirements:

  • For Customer Relation Officer: Diploma or above in Management Studies, Marketing or related discipline
  • For Customer Service Officer: Form 5 or above
  • 1-2 year relevant work experiences in customer service area
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Mac operation system
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Organized, Detail-minded, good communication and presentation skill
  • Customer-oriented with good telephone manner and able to work independently
